Founder of inFinityByte. Rathna Subramanian has 27+ years of experience in IT, Product development, Project management, Database development & designing Finance systems. Rathna has 23 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Payment Processing systems.

Ganapathi is the Lead Developer and also responsible for offshore operations from India. Ganapathi has 20+ years of technical experience in product development, testing, database, data engineering and data visualization. Has experience in RDBMS and NoSQL databases. Have experience in database design, data modeling, data security, DBA, database development, optimization, testing and all flavors of database. Also have extensive experience in ETL and reporting. Have received STAR awards for his technical skills. Have exposure to AWS and Azure cloud platform. In addition to technical, also have team management experience for 10+ years. Ganapathi has extensive working experience in Insurance and Banking sector domain. Also have hands-on knowledge in other domains like Telecom, Retail and Healthcare. He has worked in India and Singapore. Have done Indian, Singapore, Malaysian, US, and Canadian projects. Have done development, enhancement projects and support operations. Seema is the Senior Product Tester. Seema is currently based in India, holds a PhD in Ecological Economics and has over 15 years of experience in research, teaching economics and statistics. She has published many research articles in journals, magazines, and newspapers. She also has four years of experience in financial domain like chargeback resolution and invoice reconciliation. She has lived and worked in Japan, India, and in the Netherlands, and hence has exposure to multiple culture. Statistics and MS-Excel are her all-time favorites. Radha is the Product Tester and also responsible for Financial Administration of inFinityByte. She has extensive experience as customer service representative in IBM Daksh and Infosys BPO handling Australian clients

We have hired Rathna to manage a complex outsourced software development project where the objective was to lead the project towards completion within a reasonable timeframe but delivering excellent software quality. Not only has Rathna managed to do so, he actually exceeded expectations and was always willing to go the extra mile. The quality of his work is excellent and a deadline is deadline. I am very satisfied with Rathna's results at OnGuard and am willing to be a reference for his services at any time. 

I have working with Rathna for more than 9 years, during this period in various roles, but mostly as a team member within my team. As Rathnas special skillset is not common within the team, he was quite often depended on his own to make recommendations and improvements to the various systems. This was always done in cooperation with the Stakeholders, where Rathna is able to identify the needs but also limit out the scope creep on the requests made and more importantly make sure that the request of one Stakeholder would not impact any request of another. He was (and is) also able to determine which requests can be combined based upon priority and possibility. Needless to say Rathna is a self managing Project leader/Developer with a strong understanding of the needs of his Stakeholders without losing the importance having an overall consolidated intelligent system.

Would I work with him again?
- Funny question, since I still do, but beyond a doubt, currently we are even asking him to train extra skills so he can serve us even better, which if you hire external consultancy is not common, you'd normally hire a new person with existing skillset.

I had the privilege of working with Seema since May 2019. Seema was hired as a Dispute Manager for Chargeback Resolution Team in Worldline. Seema reported to me directly and was a top contributing employee in our department. Her key responsibilities included: Handling and analysing disputes on behalf of our clients, taking suitable actions to resolve these disputes, communicating the findings of the disputes with our clients via different internal tools, creating daily reports and contributing to the department SLAs.
 
In the last years, Seema’s involvement with the teams has gone beyond any manager expectations due to her innovative capabilities and pro-activeness when it comes to more efficient ways of working, her support and knowledge of multiple processes and her ability to cross-train new team members. Because of her expert experience and vast knowledge in processes, she was appointed to support key initiatives and projects in the company. Along to these activities, Seema was also supporting the Department in improving manual processes, assisting in daily operations tasks and other ad hoc activities in Operations.

Seema‘s work ethic was impeccable. She is dedicated, loyal and always the first person to offer help and support. Seema consistently gave 100% of herself to our team, and was critical in ensuring efficiency in many of our processes.
